About & Resume

Hi! 👋 I’m Nicole.

I'm a seasoned end-to-end UX/product designer focused on getting to the root of complex problems and straightening them out in delightful, intuitive, user-centered ways.

Seen here: A UX designer that clearly needs more monitors.

Designing for emergent technology requires imaginative thinking & is full of rewarding challenges. Solving complex problems for our users takes persistence in the face of sometimes convoluted and contradictory requirements - including questioning our assumptions of the baseline requirements themselves (and coming up with clever ways to address them). Creating something people never realized could be made - and hearing them say they don’t know how they ever lived without it - never fails to inspire me to keep pushing the envelope.

I do whatever it takes to continuously improve our users’ lives and get stakeholders on board. I run brainstorming sessions, facilitate workshops to help teams plan and measure for success, create design guidelines, imagine the practical and impractical, visiontype & strategize for the future, evangelize design-thinking, interview and observe our users, set up good foundations, push for analytics that matter, and always collaborate & listen.

I’m a ❤️💛💙/ 💚 according to Discovery Insights. If you’re curious about what that means, you can read more here. Want even more personality info? Here’re my CloverLeaf Insights.
